Sounds like work but sit quietly, breathe deeply and count backwards from 100 and then take it!

122/70 is fine. My spouse is a nurse and 120/80 is considered normal according to her. What numbers were you trying to get?

I think that's just a little elevated and I wouldn't worry too much unless your doctor is worried. Are you taking the reading yourself?

I’m on meds and would love to have a 122/70.

Just an FYI: I do Systolic/Diastolic+Heart Rate am upon waking (resting #'s). I also have checked afternoons. Same time. Getting a stress test is an easy indicator if there is something you need to take care of. Relax AncientHippie ☮️ Hope this helps.

Are you not happy w 122/70? That’s literally close to the benchmark. 118/76 for me yesterday, perfect. My wife was able to drop hers to the bench mark without drugs. Less stress, exercise and she dropped pounds. Best of luck.

I have labile/volatile BP and white coat syndrome! Hope my losing weight will help. I am on my staple Suzanne Somers diet and went from 138 last week to 133 today!
