Sorry for the MIA.
I'm back after a very tight scheldule.
Today is the day I'm on a diet competition with a guy friend. The duration of this competition is a month (18/10-18/11). We'll see who loses more. haha.
It will be fun and motivating compared to go on diet secretly and alone. Sometimes, peer pressure is good.
My plan: - Jog everyday - Have a good rest (sleep before 1am haha I'm noturnal) - Appropriate snack - Eat main meal and cut the junkie as main food - Drink water
