I'm fat.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not fat, just under tall... for me, I need to be about 6'8" or 6'9" when I started, now I just need to be 6'6"

You need to tell yourself "I will be skinny" not "I'm fat" - your body believes what it's told!

Actually, I did hear something recently that was pretty profound, and that is success is a state of mind. If you believe that you are successful, irregardless of your situation, then your whole persona changes, along with that boost of confidence that you will overcome this hurdle.
