Okay, I didn't so much _fall_ off the wagon, as jumped like an Olympic long-jumper. I took my child to the CNE, and while that did involve a LOT of walking, I ate all kinds of things. I did have some water and veggies, but I also ate Hawaiian pizza, French fries, Indian lamb curry, a Canadian "beavertail", and some good ol' cookie dough ice cream. (Just think: *real* ice cream--not frozen yogurt, nor gelato, nor even some kind of ice milk creation, but real, true ice cream with lots of delicious junk in it!) That ought to fuel my vision of viands for about 6 months! Oh, I think it was worth it, though I know I will pay; summer is almost over, and the CNE only comes once a year. But it was certainly a holiday. Back to work, now!
