Well I just broke the 20 lb mark. I think it's time to go on to phase two. Now just to figure out how to do that!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

just add 5 more grams of carbs each day. more veggies or a bigger salad a few nuts. whatever you want just keep an eye on your ketosis. your body will let you know if you added to much or not enough.
