Ok...clearly, I am not perfect. Today is an example of that.
I live in a family run by Carbivors. Especially the hubby. He is adapting and eating what I feed him, but still.....he longs for his sweets.
Oh and he is one of those I can eat anything and stay fit bodies.
So, he wanted a sweet after his dinner.
He requested a trip to Sonic, which i declined.
Instead I made him cookies. Oatmeal, raisin, chocolate chip cookies.
I resisted.......for a bit. The smell was intoxicating. DAMN IT!
I went to get a drink, and i took a bite of a cookie. Then I ate two.
THEY WERE DELICIOUS.
My family is hindering me.

Tomorrow is another day.
I worked out today. i will restart tomorrow. I do have a rule, that I follow to the T. I will not eat a cookie that is not warm from the oven. So, I will be safe tomorrow. Damn that smelling of awesomeness......
I am human and I also love cookies. Damn it.

Don't stress, eating a few biscuits is fine. Just watch u don't go over your daily calorie limit and u will b fine. Good luck

yes I have to bake cookies saturday for our church party sunday. and to make it even worst we are having a christmas cookie bake off. I like you love cookies, and as for the party I will take a meat and cheese platter so I can have something to nibble on. I have to tell myself. "I WANT TO BE THIN MORE THAN I WANT THAT COOKIE".
