I haven't really made much of an effort to lose weight since I joined earlier in the year. Well I haven't made any effort truth be told. I've decided to leave this until after Christmas and start again. It's very hard when you live in a house with people that seem to be determined to eat their weight in Quality Street! So I'm going to weigh myself on the 1st January and restart my diet. I'd be surprised if I was the only person that decided to do that.
