Me again!!! I m not proud of me at all. I m still at my mom s house. There was so much food around, I just could nt resist!!! So, today, Sunday, december 6 2015, after a fast of 19 hours I ate a total of 1149 cal. SHAME ON YOU MARJORIE!!!

Tomorrow will be an other day. I ll get up early and go back to my appartement!!! I lt will be easier to control what I eat. Wich will be no more that 600 cal a day!!

Don't get down on yourself because it is so easy to feel GUILTY but we have a habit of feeding food to ourselves to cover the guilt. Just say I KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO AND I WILL DO IT BECAUSE I HAVE THE STRENGTH TO WIN THE WAR AGAINST FOOD. Hang in there.

1149 calories is a normal amount for weight loss. The long fasts can ruin your metabolism..Look up Intermittent fasting - itis about a short eindown of time for eating - not just fasting. good Luck!

Try eating one cooked meal a day! It works for me! Hang in there you can do this! Be healthy!

I agree with HCB. Eating can stimulate your metabolism.

When I competed I would have a baked potato with everything on it and it would shock my body and i would start losing body fat again. You need to stay away from soda, mineral and sports drinks. They mess with weightloss also. No sugar !!!! You have to eat enough good food to tecover from exercise!
