Well I see the trainer here in bout 2 1/2 hours and Im getting nervous! I keeping seeing a version of Jillian Michaels pushing me so hard that I puke my guts up like they sometimes do on the Biggest Loser show. I keep praying that this will be the change that I need in my life to get my health in the right direction. Someone told me that I already did the harderst part by walking in and getting started, but I am doubting that and I am sure that I have a long way to go!! Maybe more after my training session
