Didn't weigh myself. I figure daily weigh ins are pointless for me because of my fluctuations in water weight. May do more harm than good to check in every day.

Being very mindful lately of how I'm choosing my calories. Opting for healthier options whenever possible. This morning, I chose hummus and pita bread as a snack instead of my usual donut. Yay! Go me!

The nightly yoga is helping me become more aware of what I'm putting into my body during the day.
