Haven't been watching my weight over the last three months. Thankfully I haven't gained too much. Started a yoga program yesterday, so it's about time that I got back on track.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
