Okay, thanksgiving probably wasn't the best time to get back on the wagon--but I'm ok with it. It's not that we do a big spread (what, all 2 of us and the 4 cats? LOL) but there were sweets and chicken and I did not use restraint. I'm optimistic I can get moving more this week/end after I finish the illuminations for the competition on the 5th.
I'm trying to get myself back into the habit of drinking more water like I used to. Also making it that I need to drink a glass of water for every cup of tea I drink.

Always remember a holiday meal Is only one meal. Get back on track next meal and everything will be ok. I remember I had joined weight watchers on a Wednesday, one day before Thanksgiving. I weighed in with a weight loss of 8 pounds. I keep hoping I can loose that much again one day. Good luck on your weight loss journal. P.S. about the water, I did this for about 2 weeks, and now drinking more water is so much easier. I set my alarm on my cell to drink some water (a little annoying with alarm going off so often) but it really works.

After battling stomach cancer in 2012. I gained tons (more) weight. In March of this past year I did my first AdvoCare Challenge. It isn't a diet, but it is a lifestyle change. Helping you transition to healthier eating. I have lost 50+ pounds so far!
