slipped again... for several weeks.
i even had second thoughts.. should I diet at all? am I happy this way?

No I'm not. Yes, food is amazing but.. the consequences of eating junk food are disgusting. Clothes don't fit, I look and feel fat... tired all the time.

Should I do atkins? I can't think of a reason why I shouldn't. Its the only way to go.

First week... hell. Sugar abstinence... cravings.. can't think clearly.

Took me four days to work out the sugar and carb cravings,YOU CAN DO THIS!!! It just keeps getting easier,one meal at a time.
