All this effort and still no loss!!
203.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

dont become despondent, take a step back, reevaluate and see where have i gone wrong or what can i change/make adjustments to

don't be too hard on yourself...maybe you are gaining muscle?I agree with Ibiza122 100%...not sure what type of plan you are following- try to keep your body guessing not only with your food but also your exercise routine.you can do this!

Some people stall with dairy or nuts. A paleolithic lifestyle is a perfect fit for some. Also if there is too much energy , in other words excess calories there is no need for the body to " burn " fat reserves. A bit of tweaking here and there and you should be feeling happier as your body responds. :)
