Day 141. Life changing event took place on Sunday. I tripped over a dumbbell (let the jokes begin)and broke my right foot. It is a break that is going to take up to 3 months to heal. That wasn't the worst part of it though. While in the emergency room my blood pressure was near and at stroke and heart attack levels. (I have never taken meds for this) That being said I have given up all alcoholic drinks and sodium in and on my foods. I have to see my doctor ASAP. Not good. My next weigh in will include the weight of the boot I cannot take off for at least 2 weeks. Eye on the prize. One day at a time.

So, a blessing in disguise perhaps? With your determination, I'm sure you'll find a way to 'modify' your routine and still get some kind of activity in (even if it's just core/upper body) . . . focus on the eating, where 80% of weight loss resides and good luck!
