I always take D. It's almost impossible to keep up without sup. It won't hurt! Hope you're feeling better but do get checked. It could be something else!

You’re right, could also be something else. I’m trying to remember to take my Vit D (I was told I had a deficiency back in summer when I lived in sunny SoCal but it is just the hardest thing for me to remember to take it for some reason) and also I increased fat in my diet a little. I went high carb/a little lower fat and I wonder if maybe I went too far 🤔 since I started adding more fat back in earlier this week I did start to get a little more energy again 🤔🤔 either way I’ll ask for the bloodwork from the doc just to check

@gigi thanks I will ask them to check everything 🙂 but FWIW my a1c has always been good and no diabetes anywhere in my family/genetics (we all get heart problems instead, both sides for as far back as anyone knows 🤷♀️)

If you’re running a calorie deficit it could be that. It could also be boredom. My two cents.

Do you have thyroid issues? Low vitamin D and vitamin B can go along with low thyroid . I'm feeling the same so I headed to lab this week to get checked. Glad you have a Dr appointment to figure this out👍

@martintown not a deficit, I’m slowly gaining (on purpose), but I have wondered if I’m restricting calories more than I should for my desired activity level 🤔🤔 I’m still trying to really figure out the right intake. Yesterday I was more active and I ate A LOT. Didn’t end up fatigued. As for meditation, pls no anything but that 🤣 (and I really do not think it’s a mind over matter issue)

Yes I am glad uyou are getting your Vitamin D checked. In the winter I take a supplement but in the summer I get enough natural vitamin D. Good luck!
