Feeling pretty good that I only gained 1.5 pounds yesterday. I had broccoli instead of potatoes at Red Lobster. I am not going to journal yesterday's food because it would be too hard. So I will start again today. Had a wonderful morning of massages at the spa followed by a haircut and style. Trying not to feel or look my age.
