didn't want to go out for dinner last night. just wanted one thanksgiving dinner. hardly ate anything high in carbs and STILL GAINED ONE POUND!!!!Just as I was starting to lose again. I am NOT doing 2 Christmas dinners!!! I hate food.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can gain a pound from the bloat from restaurant food (even if you do low carb low cal). Restaurant food is notorious for salt. So drink extra water and keep going.
