Have a good day everyone, no weigh in today as I have only had 1bowel movement in 9days now and I drank about 40oz of water already this morning.....

I am miserable but I just put a suppository in and went. So that gave me some relief, hopefully I can get back to going at least every couple days cause man going 1 time in 9days kills me and I just keep bloating out and gaining weight woke up to 310.6 this morning but I know all this has to be temporary as I was 306 just about 5dsys ago and that's a 4.6 lb gain and I'm eating lower carbs and calories and sodium so I will only record it once it goes down 👇 as right now it's too much stress to log the temporary weight gain, just hoping that by Sunday it's down and if get lucky I may have a few good swoosh on the downward slope... Thanks Morticia for your help and support.. Been stressed alot the last 2 weeks but especially the last 4-5days which is probably a little bit of the reason why I am weighing in with a gain,..Hubby goes Tomm for his heart cath,my knee surgeon appt is Tomm, also it's gonna be a long day so any 🙏 prayers would be appreciated....

Been there 😬 Fiber fiber fiber...and water. I also found exercising actually helps me too.

Fiber gummies or coffee help me. I am a person that used to only go once a week. But taking the gummies daily then I go a couple times a week and coffee daily I usually end up going everyday I drink it

Sadly that suppository really only creates contractions of the colon at the end. You need something that works from the top down. The longer the stool sits the dryer it becomes and the harder it is to evacuate. You mentioned linzess, is there a lower dose you could take even maybe every other day?

You've probably tried most anything I could suggest. Miralax in my coffee helps me. Albran, bran buds help. Slippery Elm Bark is supposed to be really good, but I haven't tried it yet.
