So happy to have finally dropped 2 lbs. which makes 15 lbs. total!!!! Not having any major issues and I'm beginning to control the night time cravings. Loving the sugar free jello. Hubby said he will start walking with me. I'd love to go by myself but really afraid in my neighborhood.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 August 2011:

Congratulations on dropping 15 pounds! Just be sure to pick up something at the grocery store to remind you how much 15 pounds really is....a 15-pound bag of dog food, 3 5-pound bags of potatoes, some charcoal, or whatever. It really helps to realize how far you've come and how much better your body must feel not having to lug those extra pounds around.
