Hello all, Last Wednesday I hit a plateau in my weight loss due to my cycle, nonetheless, it's still discouraging to see the scale not going down after a week. I won't weigh in for about another week. I had a couple of cheat meals but I'm back in the game going stronger than before! I will lose at least 45 pounds before the 1st of January! Have a good week!

I go up 4 or more pounds every month, so if you stay the same, that's pretty great. Just keep going and once the bloat is gone, you will see the scale move again.
