Yesterday was what my daughter calls a high calorie day. I just took the day off from tracking and eating right. Today I'm back on track. Fresh start. Onward ho!

No more taking days off from tracking your food. Even if you eat more, track it! It will help you realize that if you gain weight it was also by choice, not some random energy of the universe that is out to get you. And if you keep losing weight, you may not have to be so strict. You'll lever know unless you are honest with your food log.

RGCC21, I wish I had seen this before not logging the Moose Munch yesterday. 🤣 I do know the 1# gain was probably due to that. I'll think of this next time I'm tempted to skip logging.

a big plus by logging is also seeing sodium levels if you choose to. I was shocked by the amount of sodium that is mostly hidden in the foods I was eating. Hope this helps.

Living, I conquered my sweet tooth, but salt is a tough one for me.

oh yes, salt! It took a while finding staples with no added salt. btw 'no added salt' is key to look for on product labels. they're tricky that way. Hope that helps.
