Just to inform my buddies that despite the fact I am not writing in my journal much or weighing in I am still in the game. I am still doing my 5:2 diet, and still watching what I am eating, although I am not weighing the food or counting the calories atm, thats why I am not doing my food diary. I am just working hard atm, and working on my fitness, trying to keep the weight off and get in shape at the same time. All is going well so far. I am still weighing in at home, and if I see things slipping (they aren't so far :)) then I shall start filling in my food diary once again.
