Didn't think I would see that number again. I'm not sure what is happening. I have been lifting a little more heavily and I was told that weight lifting makes your muscles retain fluid or something like that. I hope that's the case. Oh well, hopefully the inches are decreasing :-) Enjoy your week everyone!
300.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the frustration but the key is to keep going, you will see results...you are doing great!!!
