I'm in the 160's!!!!! 4.8 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I can't believe I actually made it this far. So proud of myself that I actually stuck to this lifestyle change.

Thanks Heidi! Actually that's a good question. And no I haven't really thought about it. I guess I would stick to my meals, counting calories, and getting at least 30 min of working out. I can't go hack to the way I was eating before. I'm glad you mentioned this, it's something to really think about....

I would, it's easy to pile the pounds back on again, and then it's all been a waste of time, hadn't it? I know to my cost!!
