I have entered the '80's. 189! Yes, I squeezed into the '80's barely but i'll take it! I went to my first pilates class Tuesday. It was so much harder than I expected. I'ts all on the floor, which hurts my "bones". Then I was expected to do WHAT????? I spent the majority of the time laying there trying not to pass out. I must have done SOME tho, as my muscles are sore. This class was described as "relaxing and invigorating". I'd like to meet the jokester who wrote THAT! I AM going again this morning

Great news on breaking into the 180's. Starting any exercise is tough but it will get easier. Just keep up with it and keep moving forward.

Yup - that sounds like me. They kick my butt at the gym, I whine, they laugh, and I still go back the next day! LOL

That's great, I was so close to be in the 80's and didn't make it and gained some of what I have lost, I started again this week and I'm in 195.5 hopefully by the end of September I get to that :) good luck to you all!!!
