Just not good at any marketed diets! So I just decided to watch the about of sugar in all my food and use my elliptical three to five days a week. (30 to 40 minutes) And guess what, I am losing more weight than ever before :) What that tells me is if it works best for me than keep at it! Very happy to find a way that is not hard to follow and it works....
