LAST DAY OF CARDIAC REHAB! 10 lbs total weight loss per their scale. Final belly measurement was 3 inches smaller than day 1 measurement. 26 minutes of non stop jogging in todays rehab, heart rate avg 150 BPM. Xray afterwards confirned pacing wire that was left in is now stabbibg me from the inside. Gotta get that pulled out or trimmed back...either way I am getting another scare in my chest. Had more bloodwork today to see if elevated liver enzymes have decreased since stopping Lipitor on the 13th... prefer not to resume, even at a lower dose, as my eating has brought most numbers into better than good range.
