GUESSING GAME TIME!!!! My auntie on the left is how old???? Her brothers wife on my right. How old are they??? My auntie was also mother of the bride so i added that picture also. I will spoil the fun. My auntie is 73 nearing 74 and her sis in law is 81!!!!! She went to school with my mom! I have heard of her for decades but had never met her. These are most definitely GOALS!!!! (My 25 yr old trainer had to explain what that meant and i love it). My auntie has run marathons all her life and did the Ironman in Hawaii the year she turned 50. About 5 years ago she started having foot problems that prohibit marathons anymore. She’s the best!!! Aren’t they amazing!

Sly one, bubbles, RPL, buenita and Diana i didnt realize pix would come over grainy. I feel like i should post again just so you can see clearly how young and healthy and fit they are. It’s so amazing. If my mom had lived her life nutritionally and with some of the exercise these ladies do she may very well still be here. It’s funny, the blonde lady is who went to school with my mom and when i asked her what she was like she said, really shy. Yep, sounds like my mom. How she got someone like me for a daughter who never heard the word shy i will never know😂

I hope I have inherited my mom's genes! She always looked 10-20 years younger than she was. She never drank or had weight issues. I'm sorry about your mom and it sounds like you are grieving not only her passing but why she passed. I think it is part of your motivation to stay healthy. Hope you continue to feel good!🩷🩷🩷

Diana, my mom and i had a very very complex relationship. Lot of hurt. She became my financial responsibility when i was 35 till the day she passed when i was nearly 56 and i resented the heck out of it. She was in a lot of pain and her world had become really small by the time she passed. Most of it was preventable. She was a stubborn, funny, often very sweet and ornery girl. I think i grieve most for what could have been. For both of us. Hope today is the day you get your appt at UCSD love!
