I have been so busy lately. School started again and I am going full time. I am there for 7 hours one day and 8 hours the other. It is a lot. I am trying to bring healthy food to school with me for two reasons; one, to save money of course, and two, to eat healthy and actually know how many calories, fat, carbs, etc. that are in my diet!
I have not been going to the gym & I feel very bad about that, but I get home from school & am super tired! I am taking a yoga class though! Which will be good & exercise also!
Today is a new day, I am going to eat healthy, drink lots of water, & start my day off with going to the gym!!
