Well today was supposed to be a good day. As in food it wasn't. I had two slices of a thin crust cheese pizza for lunch and also a salad with ranch dressing (Not too bad). I also worked for 6 hours which involves me moving constantly. Also for exercise I took my dog on a walk for 30 minutes around 1PM and sweated off a pound haha.
