BOOO... I just can't seem to get it together do well for 2 weeks then go off track I just keep gaining and losing the same 2lbs. I know it is my fault that I have not been tracking enough and definitely have not been exercising enough. Hopefully it will all click soon and I will be able to stay on track and lose the 8-10 lbs that I would like to. I am still in a healthy weight range for my height and age but for myself I would like to lose the extra pounds. Yet, I say that but have not been doing what I need to!
124.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Have you checked out a book called "The Beck Diet Solution"? the author is a cognitive behavior weight loss therapist. Your library probably has it. I love it for the thorough psyching-up and motivational techniques. That's what helped me stop yo-yoing this summer (as my weight chart will show). Just a matter of "teaking" our mental conditioning with daily strategies. Hope this helps.
