Hey ya'll,

I started a new supplement: GNC's BeHot vitamin pack. I began taking it on Monday and I can already tell a difference in my energy levels. I can give you a better review after I've been on it for a week or so. I'm not a big pill taker, so adjusting is difficult, but I'm hoping well worth it :-)

I know Yvonne, but I just don't like swalling pills. That's why I had trouble with Birth Control LoL. Anyway, I've been taking them for about a week and my engergy levels are up and I can power through a work out without feeling completely drained afterwards, which I love! I initially lost about a pound and half, but I think I've gained that back. I'm also lifting so there could be some water retention there. I love it though and feel great. I think it does what it says it does which is Be Energized, Be Defined, and Be Enhanced (not necessarily in that order) Hope that helps! :-)
