Went to Olive Garden last night with friends, my Beloved and I had a great time and we have learned how easy it is to make the right choices at restaurants and not feel like we have been cheated out of something. Bread at these kind of places used to be a major stumbling block but now they don't even rise to the level of temptation. :-)

Glad to hear that you and Dorinda has a wonderful evening with friends. I think that the LCHF way of eating is fairly easy at restaurants...it is a mind set that you don't have to cheated on enjoying a wonderful meal. I also find that I enjoy the company at the meal more as I am not concentrating on what I can eat or not eat and worrying about it throughout the meal. Your AM numbers looks good:)
