I've come to the conclusion that I must be hitting a little plateau because my body is trying to level out its weight. I feel great and have more stamina which is the most important thing so I'm not going to let the disappointment of not reaching my goal for this month phase me. I'm just going to keep going to the gym and watching my intake and I'm sure I'll have another breakthrough soon. Cross fingers.

Wow, that is a great attitude to have.
Now that you have mentioned the energy and stamina, I do also. I'm down about 8 lbs (technically) and I thought it would be at least 15 before I would notice that.
