Got back from the gym after putting in 65min on the eliptical. I feel tired but in a good way as if I can feel on the negative stuff dispersing out of me and my whole body is getting more centered. I'm pretty sure its like that runners high that you hear about often. I used to run my senior year of highschool and its that same good feeling I had back then which tells me I'm going in the right direction. I wasn't concerned about the number on scale back then so I'm not going to overly concern myself with it now. Although I'm still going to weigh in daily so I can understand the patterns, how I look and feel is more important than what the scale says. After all, nobody else looks at me and sees a number across my forehead.
