Its been over a week and I haven't seemed to have made any further progress toward my goal for this month. I'm not entirely discouraged because I am at least maintaining the weight I have lost thus far but its just so frustrating to be so close to getting under 200lbs and yet so far away. Its like one of those scenes of somebody in jail trying to reach the keys to get out and their so close their finger tips can touch but their still not close enough to get a grip on them to get free. (Ugh) Oh well, I'm still proud of the progress I've made so far. I've lost 8lbs this month and 18lbs total from my heaviest weight. When I get discouraged by how much further I have to go it always helps keep me motivated to see how far I've already come.
