Happy Independence Day! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Greg and I went to see Faith of our Fathers yesterday. Very good movie. Of course we had popcorn. Then last night my blood sugar was only 97! Today we had a cheat day and had pizza at one of our favorite pizza joints. My blood sugar was 124 later, which isn't bad. We used to be able to eat half a medium pizza each, but could only do a quarter now.

Been trying to do some yard work. We have a lot to do. I can only do a little at a time, and I'm sore and was shaking when I came in. Its going to take a bit to get my endurance up. Again I want to do more than I am able. Sigh! Tomorrow is Greg's birthday so make sure to tell him Happy Birthday! I wish I had the time and energy to make him a low carb cake!
