Well I just updated my bio with all my new goals and I kept them reasonable I think. I am secretly hoping for more initial loss than what I set as a goal...like perhaps 220 by the end of September? Please?
Oh well as long as it keeps coming off...it sure is easier to put on :)
I was given a free extension of 2 months t my gym membership, so I'm pretty jazzed that I can still do Zumba at least until October anyway.
So that's pretty much it for now...I've lost 8 lbs since the 18th when I really got back into the swing of things. That's a start!

If anyone can do that, it's probably you! I thought I remember you being a weight-losing machine and I was right...you lost 28 pounds in a mere 2 months back in Oct. - Dec! Repeating Atkins can be more difficult and those pounds may fight your best efforts from time to time, but if you persevere, they WILL drop! Good luck!
