Started an every other day program, 500 calories one day, 1700 the next. I immediately dropped the 4 lbs I had put on by going off plan over the weekend. I continued to drop a pound the next 2 days. Feeling good. Get a little hungry at the top the low calorie days, but I know I can eat the next day. I've been reading about this, that it stops the metabolism slow down of a basic low calorie diet.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 102.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice job. There's supposed to be lots of health benefits from eating that way, one of which is to flip the switch of what's called the "skinny gene" to on. I've done IF but not that, would like to give it a try and see if I can maintain it for at least a couple weeks which is how long it's said is needed to activate the gene. Keep up the good work!
