I have been exercising, eating oatmeal, salads and soup but I'm gaining?! I feel stronger but my belly is bigger no doubt. I expected to have lost weight not gained it at this weigh in.

Oatmeal is all carbs which become sugar, and soup may have high salt - push the protein and drink as much water as you can, and you will likely see a loss. Good Luck!

No cereals or grain products. Protein, Veggies and fruit -- Period daily and keep your calories around 1200 daily. Use Stevia ONLY for your sweetener. It's delicious and highly recommended by all medical fields. Natural stuff, not poison like so many other artificial sweetners. No soda, drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water daily. no processed foods, stay off dairy products. Use Coconut oil it is so healthy for you and Pink Himilayan Sea Salt. It's full of 81 minerals all so good for your body Keep away from bread, flour, potatoes and starchy foods. COOK, don't used processed foods. I use a lot of frozen veggies and fruits. If you partially thaw a cup of strawberries, crush them and add 1 packet of Stevia, it tastes just likea wonderful dish of strawberry Ice Cream. Hardly any calories. Protein is essential tho. Beef that is lean, broiled or BBQ'd, steamed veggies, fresh fruit. Try it for a week and see if you don't see your tummy getting flatter and wt coming off. Weigh every single day. If you get 2.2 # over the day before, fast all day the next day, then eat a large steak and an organic tomato. PERIOD, nothing more, or as an alternative, eat 6 apples spread out over the day. NOTHING more and drink your water. Lots of it. use your Himilayan salt. Let me know how you do. Jane

I have cut out all wheat/grain products, including bread, pasta, etc and the first thing I noticed was my belly getting smaller. Also I had to be careful what I put on salads. I have a health condition that I need more salt than the average person as I dehydrate in a New York minute. I hardly exercise either, but since last year I have gone from a size 20 to a size 12. My weight is not considerably lower, but the inches are going. They say that building muscle also can cause weight gain. Don't fret the scale. Measure yourself once a month and if your clothes are getting looser you are on the right track for you!
