I just stopped taking an over the counter allergy medicine and I really think that is why I am finally seeing the scale move. Has anyone else experienced this? I was taking Claratin. Now I am using eye drops and a saline rinse for my nose.

154.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb. Still to go: 19.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, medicine, either over the counter or prescription can really mess with your weight. I use a nasal rinse also.
