Back in the grove today.
I stopped recording my food and weight the last two months due to many reasons. I just felt like I didn't have time.
I plan to change this. Hubby and I are trying to get back into shape asap and eat healthier. We ordered our last take out and dine out food yesterday. It was a very filling meal as we said good bye to it.
No more fast food, or dine out.
Anyways, we had left overs this morning. We were running super late. I ate the left over of Papa John's this morning, and forgot to bring a snack. It's been 5.5 hours since I last ate. I better not binge tonight.
Saturday I worked out with my brother for about 1.5 hrs. We did weights, and then cardio. I did something similar on Tuesday with a friend, working out for about an hr.
I also did some cardio activity with my hubby on Thursday night which lasted about an hr or so.
I plan to work out tonight after we go grocery shopping for some healthy food.
Been doing a lot of research for healthy 6 meals and how to weight train properly. I wanted sculpted arms, and a butt!
Tonight is is probably going to be more leftover papa johns. :) Gotta get it out of the house. -munch munch-
I will try to weight myself at my mom's house. Need to save up for a weight machine. -sigh-
