My Daily Recommendation/ Limits Total Fats 730-1020 calories 81-113g
Saturated Fats (unhealthy fat) 200 calories 22g
Trans Fats (unhealthy fat) 30 calories 3g
Cholesterol n/a 300mg Not sure if I'll be able to follow this.
