I have messed up the blood glucose thing - I tried to set an alarm, but since my times of eating are all over the place, like my sleeping. I wasn't able to find out what the level was at either lunch - which I slept through nor at supper.

I took the Trazodone, so I hope to fall asleep tonight.

Was restless, hear some noises - my oldest cat knocked out the screen - or somebody moved it, cause it was by the side of the window. I called and walked around to where he was, but he wouldn't come to me for about 1 hour. Then he came near the door, but wouldn't go in.
Walked around some more - other cats in the bedroom and door open. Gave up and stayed at computer in case he came in - checked on him and he came into the apt.

Very upset with him, very tired, but rattled, so couldn't sleep.

I have been learning about my meds, my conditions, trying to find support groups. I thought I'd find a house to rent - can't do that with the new expenses.

I was told today that it will take at least 2 weeks for the Trazodone to begin working. I have to practice patience. And also get myself up at the same time every day - to help reset my rhythm. - gee I remembered how to spell it.

Try to get a schedule in place bro. And focus on skipping all fastfood and sugars. That will calm down your bloodsugar levels, making you feel much better.

Thank you all for your support. I'm learning this site as well - so learning curve all over my life. It also is complicated by the alter personalities deciding to integrate - I went from 54 to 23 this week. I'm making adjustments to that - but I hope it helps to have the ones left in agreement about what I'm doing now.

Hang in there - trazodone is a good medicine and will help you stay asleep at night. How many cats do you have?
