Continuing my cabbage kick with some sautéed sesame cabbage, plus some roasted salmon with an agave/garlic glaze over some lime cauliflower rice!

Is there any particular cauliflower rice that's ranks better than others?? Do you favour it above just having a Cauliflower.. is there any taste or other factor difference??

Bandrai so I haven’t found any I think rank above the pack, but I do like the ones from Costco! I eat it enough that it’s worth grabbing their huge pack, and typically I just throw it in a pan with some garlic but I’ve been experimenting lately and this particular batch I added lime and cilantro and it was delicious! I’ve also used it to make fried rice with sesame and soy sauce, and to make Mexican rice. They all turned out great, if I hadn't known it was cauliflower I wouldn’t have known the difference!

Cabbage is super underrated imo, low calorie, high nutrients, and tastes great. I can eat a huge bowl caramelized cabbage and onion with zero guilt, and I love to just chop it down and add it into any type of rice/soup/stew/one pot meal, ect. to bulk it up. This looks great, I’m definitely going to do it with sesame next time!

I'm super addicted to cabbage! it's my favorite veggie but I get afraid to cook it. this whole meal looks amazing but that cabbage makes me drool!

Hailstorme I’m so glad I’m not the only one who loves cabbage! LOL my partner is less thrilled about it so I try to keep cooking it to when he’s out at work but you’re so right, it’s such a delicious guilt free food! Weirdly it was my 1 craving I had when I was pregnant with my son and he came out like a freakin baby genius 😂🤣 Let me know what you think if you do it with sesame! I think it added a really nice woody flavor to it!

Immetzger88 Omg you should give cooking it a try! I usually use a small amount of butter and then just sautée until it’s caramelized, but I’ve also tried adding balsamic vinegar, sesame oil or even sauerkraut for different flavor profiles!
