Up again, but gonna set back up our treadmill today and start the day with sone yoga with my kids and some core exercises while they play! I’ve been having to walk my kiddo to school every day for the past few days since our car inexplicably lost power to the brakes and steering 😱 Which has actually been awesome since we get a dedicated 30 minutes of walking/outside time in! But now that fall has REALLY settled in I’m hoping to set up our gym again so we don’t have to be in the cold as often!

No change, but I also didn’t log yesterday and still need to re set up my garage with our equipment since we had to put it all up for the wedding! Thank you all SO much for your well wishes and congratulations yesterday, this community is seriously one of the best I’ve ever been a part of ❤️ I hope y’all have a day that is as amazing as you are!

Haven’t been on in awhile and it shows lol. I backslid quite a bit there this summer, but I’m not exactly starting over from scratch so I’m counting it as a win! Got married a week and a half ago and now that the stress of wedding planning is off I’m able to focus more on myself again! I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are!

Down a little and already at 1000 steps before even sitting down to breakfast lol. Chasing after these kids, attending to their every need, making sure they aren’t getting into stuff they’re not supposed to be getting into is not just a full time job, it’s a freakin all day workout! Gotta go to Costco, deep clean the house and we’re going to make mini lemon bar pies for my husband’s birthday! So a full day ahead, wish me luck! I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are!
