I'm going to stop taking the women one a day because yesterday was the first time I took it, and I felt sick, then today I took it and started feeling lightheaded, sick again and I took it with food. So, I guess I just can't take the multivitamin.

The ones I'm taking are multivitamins. I looked them up on the internet and it stated that sickness after taking it is a common con for it. My mother is telling me because I'm so unhealthy, and overweight that my body needs to get used to it and to continue taking them. Not sure if that is good advice.
