Healthy dinner: Baked 1.5 lb. salmon (Hubs & I shared it) with minced garlic, a dab of butter, olive oil cooking spray, Lite Italian Dressing, sliced onions, and sliced lemons; Asian salad mix.

Workout Today:

Jillian Michaels' "Shred it with Weights" (25 min. kettlebell workout)
Gin Miller's kettlebell workout (about 5-10 minutes)
Crunches: 1 set of 30 & 3 sets of 25 = 105
Oblique Twists w/ Kettlebells: 3 sets of 25

Keep on pushin....
