Gained 8 ounces! Ate late sunday night. Had McDonald's and paid the price! Need to drink more. Back to the routine with no excuses!!!









BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 98 AT 3:37 P.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
